Wellbeing through Food Awareness

Encouraging children to establish healthy habits and nudge toward better choices, by understanding they can influence the balance of good and bad gut bacteria they have in their body by selecting more wholefoods. The lesson content focusses on three areas, the gut microbiome, eating a variety of wholefoods and issues with ultra processed foods. Good gut bugs help with improved mood, concentration, behaviour, food cravings and immunity and alongside the lesson content is a three week challenge to blast as many bad gut bugs as possible by making healthy choices using the Battle Boards.
